Acceptance of Referral Terms
By participating in Flair’s Referral Program in any way, you agree to be bound by the set forth Referral Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms & conditions of the Referral Terms, you may not participate in the Referral Program. We may revise these Referral Terms for any reason at any time in our sole discretion. When we revise these terms we will post the revised version to our participating referrers as well as on the website. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of the Referral Terms, but accepting these terms, as revised, is required for you to continue your participation in the Referral Program.
Earning Referral Rewards
Upon accepting our invitation, we will provide you with a hyperlink that contains a unique referral code associated with your Flair account (Referral Link). With each Unique Sign-Up you drive through your Referral Link, you will be rewarded with $1 SGD. The total amount is capped at $2,000 amongst all referrers – a notification will be sent out when the cap is reaching its maximum fill.
The value can be accumulated & ultimately, cashed-out (see “Cashing-Out Your Rewards” section). With tracking tools in place, we will determine in our sole discretion, whether a user completes the Sign-Up Process using your Referral Link in accordance with these Referral Terms and whether you are eligible to receive a Referral Reward. A weekly report will be provided to each participating referrer to indicate each successful signup.
Flair identifies a unique sign-up with all the following criteria:
i) User installs the “Flair” app through a referral’s custom link
ii) User has not previously created an account before
iii) Signs up with a unique phone number
iv) Creates an account through a Facebook/Google Account or by creating a new username & password
Cashing-Out Your Rewards
The accumulated amount can be cashed-out only in the denominations available in CapitaVouchers* ($5, $10 & $50) at the end of each referral campaign, 30 days after the end-date indicated in each campaign. Any remainder amount after deduction, will be up to Flair’s sole-discretion to award it in any other form of compensation.
*Other vouchers can also be considered on a case by case basis (i.e. Grab Vouchers, Movie Ticket Vouchers)
